This project began when a cattle mastitis testing company reached out to me for a hardware solution. Their process involved testing dairy samples for pathogens using industrial pipette machines that required proprietary, out-of-production equipment.

My role was to design a chemically stable and durable set of test tube racks for these machines, bypassing the $500+ cost of sourcing second-hand components. Working solely from photos and diagrams, I successfully recreated the racks within two iterations using Fusion 360 and 3D printing.
